The Shift keys are conveniently located on the far left of the transport, allowing you to use your thumb for key combinations. The most important consideration is to take your time. Make sure the Shift key is firmly pressed and lit, and then press the second key while still holding the Shift key. Due to limitations with the comm protocol, pressing too quickly may result in the key presses not being accepted. Just take your time and you’ll soon get used to it.
